Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with any item, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items, earrings, or food products unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account on our website. Go to ‘Order History’, select the relevant order, and initiate the return process. You will be able to print a returns note.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and enclose the completed returns note.
  3. Post your return using a traceable postal service to the address provided on your returns note. Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that the cost of original delivery is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us using the form below. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a pre-paid returns label for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. These include, but are not limited to: personalised and made-to-order items, earrings for piercing, and food or beverage products.
