Delivery Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during sale periods and other peak trading times.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £4.95 or FREE on orders over £50.
- Express Delivery (2-3 working days): £7.95 (Order by 12 noon for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12 noon or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.)
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer delivery to many international destinations. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
- European Delivery (5-7 working days): Charges start from £14.95.
- Rest of World Delivery (7-10 working days): Charges start from £19.95.
International delivery charges are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of the items in your basket. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
After You Have Placed Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Important Information
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. We are unable to specify a particular time of day for delivery. While we will make every effort to meet delivery estimates, these are not guaranteed. Some deliveries may require a signature.
